reBlog: Dissecting Dead Games

Not every game that begins development makes it to full published status.  This is true for all sizes of development houses, from the massive, such as Blizzard Entertainment, who abandoned WarCraft Adventures, to small independent devs.  Darius Poyer, who received some fanfare for creating Rein, a retro-style adventure game, has a webpage devoted to those acts of creation which never came to fruition.  An interesting read, made especially so by Mr. Poyer’s blunt summations of why these games did not survive and thrive!  Click HERE to load the dead games page.
